Evan and Marlene

Hi, I’m Evan! I’m a PhD student in the AeroAstro department and I study the climate and air quality impacts of aviation. I grew up in Calgary and did my undergraduate degree in Ottawa before coming to MIT. I love playing all sports, especially soccer, listening to music, and playing guitar. And I, Marlene, am also a PhD student in AeroAstro and study sensor-based approaches to identify and avoid contrails. I am originally from Germany where I studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Stuttgart before coming to MIT. In my free time I love to run, play guitar, and cook. We look forward to meeting you all!
